COVID-19 Operating Proceedures

Payment taken on day of arrival
Welcome envelope for guests on arrival containing sanitized room key, directions to room, emergency number and payment receipt.
We have screens at our bar, should you prefer to communicate directly.
We do not enter your room during your stay, we leave a care pack with additional towels and other necissary items.
You deposit your key in a box on departure.
Each room has a target 50 hour gap between guest reservations.
Rooms are professionally sanitizer fogged once a month.
Our safer cleaning proceedures are built around the principle of deep clean first followed by sanitizing

Employees are temperature tested before each service and have received COVID operating procedure training.
We ask guests to wear a mask when moving around our property and visiting restrooms. If you do not have a mask, we can provide a disposable one free.
We are required to take the contact details for all wlk-in customer, for COVID Tracing purposes. Such records maintained for one month only.
All hard surfaces are COVID cleaned between each customer use and throughout service.
We are required to wear masks at all times
For your protection we do not use Gloves, they cross contaminate. We wash our hand frequently and thoroughly.
Tables have been positioned in compliance with Federal guidelines. Do not move tables or chairs!
Servers will present your check and ask if you want to sign it or have them close it for you. Credit cards are sanitized before returning.
Menus are laminated and sanitized between customers.
